have you seen my “how i lost the weight” video on my youtube channel? Ive lost 20lbs since filming this video by eating only organic, but this video describes how i lost 40 lbs in three months.(also i know i look gross in it, ive since discovered the art of being more ‘naturally beautiful’ :P but heres that link:

but my plan and the jist of it is:
Eat only when youre hungry, but dont let yourself feel hunger pains or youre waiting too long in between meals. keep your metabolism awake and revved up! avoiding breads and pastas of any kind helps a ton! kind of like the Atkins diet. plain oatmeal with a bit of sweetner and honey or blueberries is an example of a good carb and a filling breakfast. eggs are great for protein in the morning as well. for lunch a grilled chicken salad with avacados is good. you can also add spices like Cayenne pepper to your chicken and veggies to add a metabolism booster. spicy foods are great for that.oh and don’t ruin your salad with creamy fattening dressings vinaigrette are best. and go easy on dairy products in general but you don’t have to cut them out completely. i know plain yogurt mixed with fruit and granola is delicious. vinaigrette are best. snack on fruits and veggies between mills if you feel hungry. salmon, trout, and white meat in general are all great. basically a low carb diet and resisting sweets whenever possible alone is a simple way to lose the weight along with 30-45 minute cardio about 3-5 times a week. dancing is amazing. just turn on your favorite playlist and dance for as long as you can with breaks and water in between. i did Shaun T’s Hip Hop Abs program. I remember losing about 6 lbs in 5 days by doing that. and i never felt starved. avoid eating 2-3 hours before bed and LOTS and LOTS of water throughout the day. adding more water to your diet alone can help you feel full and give you energy and definitely aids in weight loss. so this isnt a step by step plan but its pretty simple if you just eat as naturally as possible, dont get uncomfortably full on anything, give your metabolism and digestive system a chance to process your food so it doesnt just convert to fat. and youll definitely see results
